Royal fans have gone wild over one rarely seen member of the Royal Family who stepped out in London on Friday to support the Princess of Wales at her Christmas Carol concert.
A total of 26 members of the Firm headed to Westminster Abbey for the festive event, which has become a key fixture in the royal calendar.
It was a particular moment for the future Queen, who made her grand return to her Together at Christmas Carol service after what’s been a challenging year for the royal after her cancer diagnosis.
Kate was joined by her husband, Prince William, their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis and the rest of the royals as they headed inside the church.
But there was one picture of the Waleses during the service that caught royal fans’ attention, and it was due to one royal relation who was sitting right behind them.
The man in question was praised for his brooking good looks with one royal fan even comparing him to Clark Kent, Superman’s human name.
And it turns out his identity has been revealed, as he is no other than George Gilman, the husband of Prince Richard’s daughter Lady Rose Gilman.
Mr Gilman attended the Christmas carol service along with his and Lady Rose’s daughter, Lyla. Lady Rose did not attend.
Royal fans went wild for Mr Gilman’s good looks and praised him on social media after his picture went viral.
One user wrote on X: “Who is this handsome man sitting behind the Wales family [heart eyes emoji]”
A second one said: “Looks like Superman to me, Kent Clark”.
A third one commented: “He is tall and delicious looking.”
A fourth one chimed: “Lady Rose is a lucky lady.”
A fifth one said: “Family; but can intervene if need be. We all need a family member like that. Preferably on my arm, but eye candy works too.”
A sixth one added: “#ClarkKent”
Lady Rose, who had appeared in some royal events along with the rest of the Firm, is the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester’s youngest child. She is currently 38th in line to the throne.
Mr Gilman is the son of property developer Peter J. I. Gilman and Gillian D. Buxton.
He works in real estate himself and is currently the director of asset management of Resolution Property, where he’s been since 2022. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and public policy and a Masters in property valuation and law.
Mr Gilman and Lady Rose married in 2008 in Queen’s Chapel, St James’ Palace. The wedding was attended by several members of the Royal Family, including the Princess of Wales, who showed up on her own as Prince William was away in the Caribbean.
The Gilmans share two children together, Lyla Beatrix Christabel Gilman, 1414, and Rufus Frederick Montagu Gilman, 12.
