Instead, both Beatrice, 37, and Eugenie, 35, have kept their royal title of princess.
This is despite the fact their father is now no longer considered a prince, despite having once been the son of a monarch – the late Queen Elizabeth II.
This is not set to change anytime soon, with King Charles getting on very well with his nieces.
