Vinted users have been left fuming as they reported on Thursday evening they were unable to access their cash from sales on the app. Hundreds have taken to the Downdetector site and social media to flag the issue.
Writing on X, one frustrated customer said: “Vinted you currently have a pending balance issue globally.” A second added: “Anyone else having this issue on Vinted?” A third put: “What’s with the pending balance issue? It’s been days and I need to withdraw my money. Anyone else having the same issue?”
Vinted has issued a notice to users on the app. As reported by The Sun, it warns: “Sorry, your earnings might stay in pending balance longer than usual. We’re working on it.”
