Luton Town’s Championship clash with Swansea City was delayed by 15 minutes due to a medical emergency. The home team have confirmed that one of their supporters received attention from medics.
Kick-off for Saturday’s Championship match was due to take place at 3pm. However, Luton issued a statement saying that the match would be delayed by 15 minutes after the supporter received care.
“Please be advised that due to a medical emergency in the stand, kick-off will be delayed by 15 minutes,” a club statement read.
“Our thoughts are with the Hatters supporter for a speedy recovery.”
The condition of the individual is unknown.
