Meghan Markle is set to be celebrating today as her podcast series Confessions of a Female Founder with Meghan has won an award. The podcast, produced by Lemonada Media, was launched earlier this year as Meghan, 44, sat down with various female business founders.
In each episode, The Duchess of Sussex talked about the highs and lows of launching a business, and the challenges that it brings. While the first season of the podcast ended a few months ago, and is yet to be renewed for another season, it seems it was a success.
This is because it has won a gold award in the “Business people & Entrepreneurs Shaping Culture” category of The Signal Awards – which aim to recognise meaningful podcasts.
One of these awards was the People’s Choice Award for pop podcast of 2022, and another was the digital media national winner award for the 48th Annual Gracie Awards.
While the duchess is yet to talk about her big win on social media, fans have already rushed to congratulate Meghan.
One fan wrote on X: “Congratulations Meghan on another award winning podcast!”
Another said: “This is truly amazing, Meghan has had 2 podcast series and both are award winners.”
