The Met Office has issued several yellow weather warnings as temperatures are expected to drop.
Warning of potential disruption and risk of crashes, the national weather service has issued a yellow alert for ice from 9pm tonight to 10am tomorrow for Scotland.
The disruption could be worsened on Wednesday in the north of Scotland, as strong winds are forecast. A warning for wind will be in place between 4pm on Wednesday and 9am on Thursday.
