A warning has been issued near Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s home today. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex usually enjoy hot weather at their Montecito home, where they live with their two children Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four.
However, this is not set to be the case today, with a weather warning having been issued near the couple’s estate. On The Weather Channel, a Marine Weather Statement has been made about weather conditions for the East Santa Barbara Channel, not far from Harry and Meghan’s home.
The warning in place is for dense fog that is set to affect coastal waters throughout Tuesday morning, which can affect visibility for those at sea.
The Weather Channel also shows a warning for the area of potential thunderstorms over the sea from late tonight until Friday.
This is set to bring high winds to the area, which could cause local damage.
The warning reads: “A moist and unstable air mass associated with the remnants of Tropical Storm Mario will bring showers and potential thunderstorms with rapidly changing winds to the coastal waters late Tuesday through Friday, especially Wednesday and Thursday.
“Any thunderstorm that forms will be capable of producing locally gale force winds and rough seas, dangerous lightning, heavy rainfall with reduced visibility, and waterspouts.”
The warning states that people in affected areas should consider adjusting mid-week plans, for when the storm is expected to be at its worst.
Meghan and Harry may not be affected by the storm, with their estate believed to be more further inland.
The couple have lived in Montecito since 2020, when they quit royal life in the UK, with the family showing no signs of moving anytime soon.
