Fortnite developer Epic Games has launched its Supercharged XP event for the duration of the weekend.
One of the complaints about the current season is that levelling up has become much tougher, especially with fewer storyline quests.
Fortunately, players struggling to level up the Battle Pass can take advantage of this weekend’s Supercharged XP event in order to get a boost.
According to Epic Games, the Supercharged XP event runs from August 15 at 9am ET until August 18 at the same time.
For fans living in the UK, that’s 2pm BST on August 15 until 2pm BST on Monday afternoon.
As part of the event, players can earn up to five levels with the Supercharged XP boost applied.
This means you can quickly level up for five levels, which will help you chip away at that Battle Pass.
Epic explains more: “Log in to Fortnite between August 15 at 9am ET – August 18 at 9am ET for an opportunity to earn up to five levels with Supercharged XP before the Season ends!
“Unearned Supercharge cannot be banked from Season to Season, so join the fight and level up.”
Sadly, however, the Supercharged XP is only available for five levels and not just the entire weekend.
Titled ‘Shock ‘N’ Awesome’, Chapter 6, Season 4 runs until the beginning of November.
New Battle Pass skins include Yoo-mi, Agent Patch, Battle Gamer Mae, Lt. Ripp Slade and Onyx Winter.
That’s on top of another Halo skin, titled UNSC Spartan, which is instantly unlocked after purchasing the Battle Pass.
But arguably the main event is the addition of the Green Ranger from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Fans can also unlock the Dino Megazord Outfit by completing challenges beginning on September 16.
