A woman has been praised for calling out something “really annoying” that kids do while travelling on planes, suggesting that such behaviour should be banned. The TikTok user named Taylor, who goes by taytrox_travel, has openly declared that certain actions on flights should be considered “illegal”, as she believes, if you’re guilty of these so-called “mistakes” while airborne, you’re a pretty big problem.
Taylor insists there are unwritten rules of conduct that should be adhered to during flights to enhance everyone’s travel experience. From passenger behaviour to parenting methods, she’s convinced there are guidelines that ought to be respected.
In an online video, Taylor expressed her views, saying “Things that should honestly be illegal on airplanes – and, yes, I’m judging. Let’s start with people who play with their phone or iPads out loud on a flight.
“I’m sorry but, why do we all have to suffer because you forgot your headphones? Charge your airpods, bring the cord – I don’t care if it’s your kid’s favourite episode of Cocomelon – turn it off or put it on mute.
“Other people paid hundreds of dollars to fly too – not just to hear your kid’s iPad blasting in row 14. That’s your problem – figure it out.”
She went on: “Next, the flight attendants who are doing stand up comedy routines on the intercom at 6am. Babe, I love a good vibe too, but read the room. Not every flight needs a production.
“If I haven’t had my coffee yet, and you’re making dad jokes on the loud speaker – I’m not laughing, I’m cringing. And, finally, the worst offence of all – getting on a plane without showering.
“I said it – if you’re going to be elbow to elbow with strangers in a tiny metal tube at 30 thousand feet, the bare minimum is to smell decent. Respect the shared air – it’s not hard.”
The clip has racked up dozens of views since being posted, with viewers weighing in on her candid remarks. Taylor certainly didn’t mince her words when discussing aircraft etiquette.

Regarding playing music and watching television loudly in public spaces and on transport, it’s widely regarded as inconsiderate behaviour.
Although it may not always constitute a legal violation, using headphones represents basic courtesy to prevent annoying fellow passengers. Most carriers require travellers to wear headphones when consuming audio content.
