Mike Tindall has shared a new loved-up snap with Zara as they mark a holiday first in Australia. The couple, who take regular trips Down Under, have taken their second holiday there of the year.
Taking to his Instagram account, @mike_tindall12, the former rugby professional shared a new picture cuddling Zara Tindall on a boat. In the caption, the 46-year-old shared a major first that the couple experienced during their most recent trip.
Mike wrote: “We had the chance to spend a few days on Hamilton Island this week – despite all the times we have been to Australia, we have never been here before and it’s been amazing.
“It’s our first time being out on the water in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park too and it really was unreal, Queensland definitely has it all.
“Made some incredible memories. What an unforgettable way to spend some down time @queensland @hamiltonisland #familytime #memories @alaniexperience.’
Mike, who officially joined the Royal Family in 2011 after marrying Zara, was part of the England rugby squad that won the 2003 World Cup.
The royal, who is now one of the most loved members of the Royal Family, later retired from the sport in 2014.
The couple – who share three children – Mia, 11, Lena, seven, and four-year-old Lucas – have been vocal about their love for Australia.
Speaking to HELLO! earlier this year, Zara said: “We have always loved Australia and it is like a home from home for us.
“We have been coming to Queensland for so long now it has become a tradition for the start of the year – and although the Magic Millions carnival is busy with so much going on, being by the beach, with like-minded horse enthusiasts celebrating all things equine – we couldn’t ask for a better way to start the year.”
