Trains between York and Harrogate have been cancelled after a van crashed at a level crossing and was left smashed up on the tracks.
The van is currently blocking the line completely.
It is likely to cause massive disruption for hundreds travelling by train to the Great Yorkshire Show.
Officers are currently in attendance with North Yorkshire Police warning there is likely to be disruption for some time.
