With Wimbledon just days away, royal fans across the country will no doubt be excited to see which members of the Royal Family attend this year. While nothing has yet been confirmed by the Palace, it is likely Princess Kate, 43, and Prince William, 43, will make an appearance at some point during the competition, with Kate playing an important role as patron of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

Although unconfirmed this year, the couple over the last few years tend to bring along their oldest children, Prince George, 11, and Princess Charlotte, 10, to watch the competition, something they seem to thoroughly enjoy. However, it has not escaped the attention of royal fans that one popular member of the family is yet to make his Wimbledon debut.

Having turned seven years old not long ago, Prince Louis – William and Kate’s youngest child – has yet to take to the Wimbledon stands, despite his love of tennis.

Although Louis has not stepped foot on the royal stage at Wimbledon, he has become a popular royal as a result of his appearance elsewhere at royal events.

Earlier this month, he stepped out at Trooping the Colour celebrations and stole the show through his sweet antics on the Buckingham Palace balcony, which saw him repeatedly wave to the crowds and laugh as he was met with big cheers.

He also took centre stage on the balcony and sweetly copied the waving gesture of his grandfather King Charles, with the young royal being one of the last to leave the balcony as a result of the sheer amount of fun he seemed to be having.

Although likely to still be too young to attend Wimbledon this year, being able to attend the event in the future is no doubt something the young prince can look forward to.
