63p a day supplement helps menopausal women ‘feel their old selves’

A study involving 1,525 women examined over 32 menopausal symptoms, shedding light on some of the most difficult physical and psychological impacts felt during this life phase. In the study conducted by Dr. Vegan, the most frequently mentioned problems include mental fog, aching joints, putting on weight, feelings of being worthless and isolation.

The research showed that 10 symptoms affected more than half of those surveyed, with eight of the most severe ranging from fatigue and social nervousness to feelings of sexual inadequacy and isolation. To try and ease the pain of the menopause women can now try MenoFriend for £18.69 – a multi-award winning dietary supplement from the experts at Dr Vegan. Customers can enjoy 25% off their first purchase using code MENO25 for the supplement that has been designed to support women’s health before, during and after menopause.

MenoFriend is developed to help maintain hormonal balance, energy levels, healthy bones, mood, mental sharpness and muscle function at any life stage, reports the Mirror. With this new limiteed-time deal, women can try it for as little as 63p per day.

In a study of 996 women taking it for two months or longer, 89% said they “felt the difference.” The supplement combines vitamins, minerals and plant extracts including Vitamin B6 for hormonal balance, magnesium for energy and psychological wellbeing and Vitamin D3 for bone health.

It also contains wild yam, maca and dong quai, both of which are plants that have been used for thousands of years to support women’s wellbeing. If this particular supplement isn’t suitable for everyone, there are various alternatives such as A Vogel Menoforce 30 for £12.74 from Holland & Barrett which offers a herbal remedy for menopausal hot flushes.

Another option is Menopause Patch from Care Co for £22 for a 30 day supply. The patch can be worn for up to 18 hours and is designed for topical application.

The reviews for MenoFriend have been mostly positive. One user said: “Honestly the best natural supplement for menopause. I’ve been taking it for 2 years now, and if I miss a day or two I really notice!”

Another added: “I’ve only been using this for 4 weeks and it’s already made a huge difference… For me this has been life changing and I can’t recommend it enough.” Where another wrote: “This supplement is amazing and will help you get back to your old self again.”

Although there were no opposing reviews on the product, some shoppers took to Trustpilot about Dr Vegan. One said: “Made absolutely no difference for me. I took the Menofriend supplements religiously for two months, then I gave up as I could not see any improvement. However, it was easy to manage my subscription and to cancel. The website is good.”

Another said: “Recently subscribed again after realising I couldn’t be without Menofriend. Really does what it says. Highly recommended.”
