Who is Natalie Dormer?
Natalie is an English actress who was born on 11 February 1982.
She was brought up in Berkshire and attended Chiltern Edge Secondary School and Reading Blue Coat School, where she was head girl.
Upon missing out on her place at Cambridge for dropping a grade in her A-level history, Natalie decided to audition for drama schools.
She attended the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London.
The actress cites Cate Blanchett as an influence on her career.
What has she been in?
Natalie made her screen debut in Casanova and went on to play Anne Boleyn in The Tudors – a role for which she was nominated with two Gemini Awards for Best Actress in a Drama Series.
She played the Duchess of York in Madonna’s W.E film anf Private Lorraine in Captain America: The First Avenger.
She is perhaps best known for playing Margaery Tyrell in Game Of Thrones and Cressida in The Hunger Games.
As well as an extensive TV and film career, the 36-year-old has also performed on stage.
