Vietnam to discipline model Ngoc Trinh for wearing skimpy dress at the Cannes film festival
VIETNAMESE officials are set to fine a stunning model for wearing an ‘outrageously skimpy’ dress to Cannes – saying it was so sexy it should be ILLEGAL.
Ngoc Trinh, 29, left VERY little to the imagination in her barely-there black gown on Sunday night.
She arrived at the Palais du Festival in a sheer lace bodice with beaded detailing which exposed her nipples to spectators.
The g-string bodice featured a sheer beaded train at the front and the back which barely covered her bottom.
She accessorised with a pair of sky-high black glittered heels which elongated her already towering legs.
Nguyen Ngoc Thien, the country’s Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, raged: “Her outfit was improper, offensive and has caused public outrage.”
He ordered officials to investigate her under public decency laws – that could land her with a heavy fine.
