Some of the details of the plan are revealed as June narrates how they will enact her plan.
She says: “We will move in darkness. I will get the children to the airport.”
However, it does not seem that the plan will go smoothly as Commander Lawrence (Bradley Whitford) – who has been essential in developing the plan over the last few episodes – announces a hitch.
He says to June: “The district OP set up a search – I’m pulling the plug.”
June seems to be too far in for the final plan to let it slip now, as she replies: “You are not in charge. I am.”

The powerful moment is sure to delight fans of the television series who have been waiting to see this authoritative and rebellious side of June throughout season three.
She clearly goes through with the plan as the trailer ends on children running through the woods in the cover of darkness.
However, someone seems to have given up the details of the plan as gunshots echo in the forest.
Whether June will finally make it to Canada with the children in tow will finally be revealed in the season finale.
Despite not appearing in the trailer, there are a few questions remaining that fans will also hope to see answered.

Given the look between Lawrence and June at the end of episode 12, many fans were left nervous that he could know about her role in Eleanor’s death.
This could mean that a confrontation could be coming between the characters in this finale.
Also, while there is no clip of what is happening in Canada with Serena Joy (Yvonne Strahovski) and Fred, it is likely that this will be tied up in the episode.
At the end of the episode, expect some loose threads as The Handmaid’s Tale has ended on a dramatic cliffhanger in the past few seasons.
Given that season four has already been announced, this is almost certain to be the case again.
The Handmaid’s Tale season 3 drops weekly on Hulu on Wednesdays and airs on Channel 4 in the UK every Sunday at 9pm.
