Tanning addict and German model Martina Big confesses she now ‘identifies as a black woman’ and ‘could give birth to a black baby’
A GERMAN model who has been taking melanin injections for two years has claimed she could give birth to a black child.
Martina Big – who now identifies as a black woman – appeared on This Morning today with her new husband, Michael.
Speaking about her “transformation”, Martina told presenters Holly Willoughby and John Barrowman that not only has she noticed physical changes since taking the injections, but she also claimed she’ll be able to conceive black children.
Holly asked: “One day you’re thinking of having babies… you’ve been told by a doctor that your children will be black?”
“Yeah, they said they will be black,” Martina responded.
“I’m discussing regularly with my doctor to see if everything is OK, will the baby be OK, is breastfeeding OK, how will the baby look?”

Holly interrupted: “And if that baby is not… because I’m trying to think biologically how that is possible, if you give birth to a white child will you somehow think it’s not connected to you?”
“No, it’s a mix of Michael and me,” said Martina.
“I’m pretty sure it will be black or milk chocolate or a little bit lighter, it doesn’t matter.”
Viewers of the show were utterly stunned on Twitter, with one commenting: “What has this world come to, Martina is describing herself as being a ‘black woman’ when in fact she’s taking tanning injections.”
While another said: “Oh my god someone please stop this lady talking on @thismorning I wanted the sofa to swallow me up the further she tried to argue her point.”
Another viewer tweeted: “To think she actually thinks she will have a black child is really deluded.. You’re not black luv.. get over it!!”
While one agreed, commenting: “I find it hard to understand that she genuinely believes if she has a baby the baby will be black.”
