PS Plus July 2025 PS4 and PS5 games predictions – Resi Village, EA FC 25, Jusant in lead

The next batch of PlayStation Plus games are about to be announced by Sony. Consisting of three PS4 and PS5 games, the next wave of releases should be revealed at 4.30pm BST UK time on the afternoon of June 25. The games will be available to download and install from July 1.

The new games will replace the current line-up of Bomb Rush Cyberfunk, Alone in the Dark and NBA 2K25. Judging by the latest predictions, many fans believe another high-profile sports title will join the service in July.

Indeed, in the regular predictions thread on Reddit, EA FC 25 is one of the games with the most picks.

With the Premier League season at an end and a new game inevitably launching this autumn, now would be a good time to release the game on PS Plus.

EA Sports recently released the Season Finale update, which made various gameplay improvements and tweaks, including changes to passing, goalkeepers and more.

Needless to say, the usual suspects of Atomic Heart, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and Jusant also receive lots of predictions.

With Resident Evil Requiem announced for next year, it’s no surprise to see Resident Evil Village receive plenty of votes. There are also picks for Resident Evil 3 and Resident Evil 4.

However, Resident Evil Village makes the most sense, as it will give fans a chance to catch up on the story before the new release.

Lies of P seems to be picking up steam thanks to the recent release of the game’s Overture DLC. Giving the game away would boost player numbers and potentially help the studio sell more DLC.

Speaking of DLC, Still Wakes the Deep received a number of picks following the launch of Siren’s Rest.

There are also picks for Rise of the Ronin, LEGO Horizon Adventures, Lords of the Fallen, Terminator Resistance, Nier Automata, Gollum, and Persona 3 Reloaded.

There are also multiple picks for a Call of Duty game to join the line-up, with picks for a Modern Warfare, Vanguard and more.
