Penélope Cruz oozed timeless glamour in a stunning ivory lace dress on Thursday, as she joined Edward Enninful for the Atelier Swarovski dinner.

The Spanish actress, 45, displayed her ageless beauty in the fitted dress as she arrived for the bash in London.

Penélope’s outing comes  after she made a stunning appearance at The Cannes Film Festival last month to premiere her newest film Pain and Glory, which saw her appear opposite Antonio Banderas.

As Penélope arrived for the event, she turned heads in the fitted off-white gown with silver buttons down the bodice. 

The dress also boasted a semi-sheer lace skirt, and the star finished her look with matching sapphire jewellery.

Penélope’s beaming smile also lit up the room as she posed with British Vogue editor-in-chief Edward, 47, who looked dapper in his signature all-black.

Other stars in attendance for the event included design legend Vivienne Westwood, 78, who made a bold statement in a slogan t-shirt and grey striped pantaloon trousers.

Penélope’s outing came after she made an appearance on the red carpet for the Cannes Film Festival last month, to premiere her newest film Pain and Glory.

The picture marks the sixth time that Penélope has worked with director Pedro Almodóvar, who previously won the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 1999 for All About My Mother.

Penélope’s other work with Pedro includes Live Flesh and Volver – which earned her an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress.

The acclaimed star also won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her work in Vicky Cristina Barcelona, and was nominated for the same award the following year for her work in Nine. 

Pain and Glory – translated from Dolor y gloria – is a Spanish film about a director named Salvador Mallo in his decline – played by Banderas – as he reflects and revisits big moments and decisions in his life, including his childhood in the 1960s and when he emigrated with his family.

Other encounters the film documents include Salvador’s search of prosperity, the first desire, his first adult love in the 1980s, the pain of the breakup of this relationship, writing as a therapy to forget and the premature discovery of cinema.
