Neighbours spoilers: Toadie Rebecchi and Andrea Somers for affair as Dee drama escalates?

Toadie (played by Ryan Maloney) had his world turned upside when Andrea Somers (Madeleine West) arrived on Neighbours, posing as his ex-wife Dee Bliss (also Madeleine West) who he believed to be dead.

A series of twists and turns saw the troublemaker give birth to Toadie’s son Hugo, her mother Alice Wells (Kerry Armstrong) arrive on the Channel 5 soap to try and kill Sonya Rebecchi (Eve Morey) and eventually, Andrea being admitted to a psychiatric facility.

Following her release in recent episodes of the Australian drama, Andrea made her way back to Ramsay Street to be reunited with her son Hugo, as well as telling Toadie she would finally help him get answers to the mystery surrounding Dee.

Earlier this week, Andrea’s charade was unmasked to viewers as it was revealed the schemer was still plotting with her mother as well as how the pair are trying to cause untold misery for Toadie.

Although Toadie has been reluctant to accept Andrea’s help in the ever plot-twisting Dee drama, next week will see the soap stalwart reach a turning point.

Following the death of his wife Sonya earlier this year, Toadie has channeled all his efforts into launching the Sonya Rebecchi foundation but will turn his efforts to getting answers about Dee in upcoming episodes.

Starting to hold some hope Dee could still be alive, Toadie accepts Andrea’s help as he believes her intentions are good.

Toadie is also under the false illusion Andrea is helping the police track down Alice after she poisoned Sonya before her exit at the end of last year, not realising the troublemaker is doing everything to throw the authorities off her mother’s scent.

As a thank you for helping him with the Dee mystery, Toadie agrees to let Andrea spend more time with their son Hugo.

Later on, it seems like Andrea is part of a perfect family set-up as Toadie and her daughter Willow Somers (Mieke Billing-Smith) invite the troublemaker to join them for lunch.

As they enjoy their get-together, Andrea takes a photo of Toadie and her with the children to capture the happy moment.

After their lunch, Andrea sends the photo to Toadie to thank him for such a lovely day, which leaves him feeling guilty as he has been so against the troublemaker becoming a part of his life in the past.

With the grief of Sonya’s death still lying heavy on his shoulders and feeling lonely, could Toadie’s kind hearted will towards Andrea lead to a steamy affair between the pair as they continue to spend more time tougher?

It wouldn’t be the first time Toadie has fallen under Andrea’s spell, so could history be repeating itself before the real Dee comes waltzing back into Erinsborough to ruin her doppelganger’s plan?

Viewers will have to wait and see if Toadie finally realises he is being manipulated once more, but in the mean time, it seems trouble could be on the horizon for Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) and Terese Willis (Rebekah Elmaloglou).

Having been reunited with a ghost from her past in the form of niece Roxy Willis’ boyfriend Vance Abernathy (Conrad Coleby), Terese has been entirely truthful about their past.

However, when Vance leaves Ramsay Street next week following a string of dodgy dealings, Terese decides it’s time to come clean.

Terese reveals to Paul and Roxy she and Vance were lovers once upon a time, leaving her loved ones reeling at the revelation.

When asked by Paul if she still had any feelings for Vance, Terese admits there was a spark between the pair, but she is devoted to making things work with the ruthless businessman.

With Paul and Terese having faced numerous hurdles with their relationship, could this be their time to call quits on their romance once and for all?

Actress Rebekah Elmaloglou told of her character’s future earlier this year and her rekindled love with Paul: “There’s lots of stuff coming up. Is Paul doing the right thing? Is Paul doing dodgy dealings? Has she done the right thing?”

Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.
