It’s not the only impressive DIY Halloween costume we’ve seen recently.

One mum dressed her son as Pennywise the clown, re-creating Stephen Fry’s character from It – and even parents have said they’re frightened by the chilling outfit.

The mum shared her horrifying handiwork to Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, where it’s racked up 28,000 likes.

She revealed she managed to make the costume on a budget, spending little more than £20.

In other parenting news, we told you how one mum wrote a furious note to teacher who won’t let her daughter drink her fruit juice – but parents are divided.

We also revealed you can buy mini ASDA shopping tills and trolleys for your kids that look exactly like the adult versions.
