When will the parents enter the Love Island villa?

The stars of Love Island 2019 have only just reached the half way point, therefore the “meet the parents” episode is still some time away.

In the past, the parents have entered the villa during episode 42, however, this changed last year.

The episode took place in the week of the grand finale, with last year’s airing on July, 29, 2018.

Islanders in 2018 met their potential in-laws in the penultimate episode, which is likely to happen this year too.

Will Belle Hassan’s dad Tamer Hassan enter the Love Island villa?

Prior to entering the villa, the 21-year-old make-up artist hinted her famous dad could enter the villa.

She said: “He is my link to the famous world. He is a very supportive dad, he is like my best friend and is always there for me.”

Continuing, she added: “He’s told me to be myself but has also warned me ‘I’m watching and I’m going to be seeing every detail’.”

Tamer has been in countless television series and films, such as, The Business, Game of Thrones and The Football Factory, which he starred in alongside EastEnders’ Danny Dyer.

Danny’s daughter Dani competed in the series last year but due to his work commitments on the BBC soap he only appeared via video call.

Although, Tamer is not currently known to be working on a project as demanding as EastEnders, there is a possibility he could be unable to meet his daughter’s other half in person.

When is Love Island on ITV2?

You can get your fix of the show every night on ITV2 from 9pm where the main programme, narrated by Iain Stirling, will give us the lowdown on all the goings-on in the villa – from couples cracking on to singletons getting mugged off.

Saturday night’s show differs from the rest of the week, as it is a round-up of all the best bits from the villa that week – and maybe some unseen footage.

If that’s not enough, you can also watch Caroline Flack‘s spin-off show Aftersun on Sunday nights at 10pm after the main show has aired, where she discusses the latest action with celebrity guests, as well as those eliminated from the villa.
