She said: “I want to show you this because it’s so simple
and easy and you can do it morning and night.

“There’s not a special one for the morning and a special one
for night, you can do this morning and night and the products aren’t hundreds
of dollars.”

The fitness guru shared a list of products which she wears
by, and most won’t break the bank.

The first thing she uses on her skin is Cataphil’s oily skin
cleanser, which costs £5.95.

$14… it’s called Envy U Skincare, charcoal, the charcoal one. I swear it fixed
my skin.”
