A Buddha sanctuary, adults-only lagoon and camel rides: Inside Rebecca Judd’s $1,300-a-night winter holiday in Broome with her husband Chris and their four children

Rebecca and Chris Judd have escaped Melbourne’s winter with their four children, checking into a $1,300-a-night resort in Broome, Western Australia.

On Wednesday, the family flew across the country and returned to one of their favourite destinations, the Cable Beach Club Resort and Spa.

The five-star establishment holds special memories for Rebecca, 36, who last visited Cable Beach when she was 32 weeks pregnant with her son Oscar in 2011.

It’s not hard to see the resort’s huge appeal to the busy mum-of-four.

With a variety of villas and bungalows, ranging from $500 to $1,300 a night, coming with kitchenettes and lounge space, it’s perfect for any family.

Shortly after checking in, Rebecca took to Instagram to share a photograph cuddling twins Tom and Darcy, two, on a sofa in their spacious abode.

Adding a touch of culture, a tranquil Buddha Sanctuary ornamental garden is situated at the rear of the resort.

There’s also plenty to keep the children occupied, with water playgrounds, mini golf, tennis courts and camel rides on the beach – which is a popular local attraction.

If the couple want some downtime, the hotel also features an ‘adults-only retreat’ with a lagoon style Ocean Pool and private alfresco dining area.

Gushing over the trip, Rebecca wrote on Instagram last week: ‘School holidays have officially started in the Judd house and next week we’ll be in beautiful Broome.

‘One of the few nice holiday towns in Australia where you are guaranteed sun, 30 degrees every day, and a zero percent chance of rain in Winter.’
