ITV Hunky Dr Alex George is hoping to enjoy some mouth-to-mouth action
Who is Dr Alex George?
Dr Alex George is an A&E doctor, currently working at the University Hospital Lewisham in South East London.
The 27-year-old, who is originally from Carmarthen, Wales, studied medicine at Exeter University.
According to the Daily Mail, Alex was able to secure the eight-ten weeks required to appear on Love Island by working on a zero hours contract.
The controversial contracts mean their bosses are under no obligation to give them work and the hospitals are powerless to stop employees from pursuing other projects.

What happened between Dr Alex and Ellie on Love Island?
Dr Alex was initially coupled up with Samira and despite not becoming involved romantically they developed a strong friendship.
After failing to woo Megan (who coupled up with Eyal), he set about charming car saleswoman Ellie.
They went on a successful date which ended in Dr Alex’s first kiss of the series.
But after recoupling with her she made it clear that she didn’t actually fancy him and dumped the doctor.
She told him: “I don’t think there’s any sexual chemistry between us.
“I’m sitting here now ending something with somebody who I know has got a kind heart, I know is genuine and it hasn’t been an easy thing for me to do, so yeah.”
