It comes after Davina revealed she wants to start living outside her comfort zone and trying new things during a candid clip she posted on her Instagram page.

In a holiday snap Davina posted on Thursday, she smiled at the camera after confessing she was feeling ‘really happy’ during her trip away.

The presenter sported a maroon bikini and accessorised with gold jewellery, including a gold bangle and rings, while completing her look with aviator shades.

Earlier this week, Davina hit back at ‘ridiculous’ trolls who criticise her and others for ‘working out too much.’

She slammed critics who have accused her of going too far, as she launched the Wrap, Splat, Hat campaign on last Friday’s Good Morning Britain.

Davina told hosts Kate Garraway and Ben Shepherd that she hasn’t been worried about exercising too much as she’s too busy juggling life as a mum, though did go onto confess she can sometimes hit the gym up to five times a week.

She said: ‘Basically, I think everybody goes to extremes. They always think, ”Oh my goodness, you are working out too much.”

‘In my opinion, I honestly can’t work out too much. I have got three kids, I have got a day job and I really enjoy going to the gym.

‘I like the community thing of going to a class. I try and go three or four times a week, if I am lucky, in the holidays I will try and go five times a week but it makes me feel good.’

Davina then touched on the criticism she and other fitness fans have received in the past, after being accused of over-exercising.

While the mother-of-three is no stranger to showcasing her incredible figure in social media snaps, trolls have claimed she looks emaciated, ill and underfed.

She told Ben and Kate: ‘I just think it’s ridiculous saying, ”Ooh, you can get addicted to fitness,” that is just going to put people off.

‘Trying to demonise people that are working out or doing good things with fitness is ridiculous. The idea of talking about people, too thin, too fat, ooh look at you, all this judgement. Forget it.

‘Let’s not pass judgement on each other. Life is too short. I know everybody does it a little bit but I know if I am being very judgy about somebody it’s usually saying something about where I am at, rather than them.’

Davina made her appearance on the show to launch a campaign, aiming to teach school children about sun safety.
