Daphne Oz just wrapped the latest season of Masterchef Junior.
The 33-year-old opened up about how her and husband John Jovanovic are prepping for baby number four.
‘This has been my hardest pregnancy, physically,’ she revealed to People. ‘But trying to feel good in my skin, whether it’s finding little ways to take care of myself or finding clothes that fit in a way that makes me feel good, has made a big difference.’
Opening Up: Daphne Oz revealed that this has been the ‘hardest’ pregnancy but says she still trying her best to feel good
‘Being on my feet all the time, it can be kind of crazy,’ she said of her little girl that she’s expecting.
‘It’s been so much fun here on set that it has just flown by. It’s kept me really distracted and active.’
The mother to Domenica Celine, aged one, Jovan Jr, aged three, and Philomena Bijou, aged five, says she’s been ‘trying to eat as healthy as possible’ this pregnancy and trying to alleviate the symptoms.

‘It’s physically daunting,’ Dr. Oz’s daughter said of her pregnancies. ‘I’ve been pregnant four times in five years now. On the one hand, your body is so resilient; it’s truly incredible what the human body is capable of. But on the other, it’s like, ‘Whoa, can you give me a break for a second?”
She went on to say that with each pregnancy, she’s been able to see a ‘different version’ of motherhood.
But, this pregnancy has given Oz something she can’t really hid, varicose veins. This is a side effect from pregnancy and she says it typically goes away, but this time it’s been ‘worse.’
Bump date: ‘You know it was a delicious dinner when even the maternity jeans must come undone,’ she shared on her Instagram looking flawless in a white top and jeans
‘I don’t want to gloss [over] the parts that are challenging,’ she began.
‘I have this incredible community of other moms and other women who are in similar life stages to me. They look at what I’m going through what I juggle, and it feels very familiar to them. It feels like their life.’
‘You’ll see me wearing a lot of long dresses this season.’
‘The other thing social media gives you is cool, interesting crowd-sourcing of solutions. It’s nice to know that whatever is going on in your life, it’s been like that for many other people too.’
