CARDIFF CITY have confirmed their second signing within 24 hours after securing Greg Cunningham from Preston.
The 27-year-old left-back penned a three-year contract with the newly-promoted Bluebirds in a deal worth £4million.

His arrival follows the capture of Norwich winger Josh Murphy for £10m yesterday.

And the experienced manager is delighted with his latest acquisition.
He told the club’s official website: “It’s fair to say that I’ve been an admirer of Greg for a number of years and that he’s consistently been one of the best left-sided defenders for club and country.

“We’re delighted to have his experience and knowledge so as to supplement Joe Bennett who had a great time last season.

Cunningham, a Republic of Ireland international, began his career with Manchester City but left in 2012 for Bristol City following loan spells at Leicester and Nottingham Forest.
He spent three years at Ashton Gate prior to moving to Deepdale in 2015.
