For Brits looking for deals when it comes to streaming services, they might be in luck because Disney+ has brought back its ever-popular cheap deal for new customers – and now it is even better.

Forget £4.99 a month, Disney+ can now be got for £1.99 a month for four months – a huge deal for new customers looking to watch series, films, and documentaries from the streaming service. From June 11 until June 30, Disney fans can watch the likes of Marvel Cinematic Universe including WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Loki. Hawkeye, Moon Knight and Ms. Marvel – for cheaper than buying a takeaway coffee.

There are also plenty of Star Wars shows and series on the service, including Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, Ahsoka, The Mandalorian, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and The Clone Wars—meaning there’s plenty to watch for the next few months.

There are also the classic Walt Disney animated films like Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Hocus Pocus, The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Lion King, and many more to enjoy.

There’s also tons of new shows coming up in June to enjoy including Snow White (June 11), Ironheart (June 25), season 4 of FX’s The Bear (June 26) and new gripping sci-fi drama, Alien: Earth (August 13), alongside recent hits and critically acclaimed series, The Stolen Girl.

The offer lasts for four months, streaming fans can enjoy the streaming service until November for less than most would spend on a Starbucks. One thing to consider is that the £1.99 deal will be the Standard with Ads version, meaning streaming fans will have to enjoy sitting through ads while watching their favourite shows, which might be a bit annoying.

For fans of sci-fi, fantasy and Marvel, Disney Plus is a must-have, especially if you have kids thanks to the huge amount of classic Disney shows that are packed on the service. One thing to consider is that after the £1.99 four-month trial, users will pay £4.99 a month for the service – so make sure shoppers cancel if they want to.

Of the many positive reviews left by Disney+ members on Trustpilot, one says: “Offering a fantastic and constantly updated collection.” Another says: “I love Disney+. I’m a Star Wars and Marvel fan but since the addition of Starz it boosted my love, there’s even more content for adults now that’s worth it all round.

However, the same user added: “Only reason it didn’t get five stars is Disney are not using their other brands in the subscription. If they did this could easily be the best subscription service ever but there is much more content locked behind their own service.”

However, if shoppers would rather avoid Disney Plus, there are alternatives to consider snapping up. Sky has a number of streaming deals, including the Sky Stream service for £15 a month. Sports fans can also watch DAZN for free for a limited time thanks to a trial deal.
