Meghan Markle released the eighth episode of her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder last week – but is set to release a bonus episode tomorrow. With the series then wrapped up, many are eager to find out whether she will gear up for a second season.
With a new guest starring on each week, the episode released on May 27 saw Meghan joined by SPANX founder Sara Blakely. The episode saw the pair “get real about betting on yourself, and building bold business strategies”. In a poll conducted by the Express, which ran between 5.45pm on May 29 and 1.45pm on May 31, readers were asked whether they would like Meghan, 43, to release a second season.
In shocking results, of the 2,063 fans that took part, 2,036 voted that they would not like to see another season released. Just 20 people eagerly voted that they would be interested in more Confessions of a Female Founder episodes.
Whereas, just seven people were unsure if they wanted more episodes by voting ‘don’t know’.
Taking to the comment section, one fan commented: “Please spare us…”
Another wrote: “No one is really interested in listening to seeing this woman try to compare herself to successful women. It’s just been her and a few friends that are plugging their companies for publicity.”
A third commented: ‘Good lord no!”
Agreeing with the majority, another commented: “No never again…”
Confessions of a Female Founder was Meghan’s second attempt at podcasting, with her first – Archetypes – released in 2022.
