Novak Djokovic was spotted training with a knee brace over the weekend.
The Serb pulled out of the Italian Open for an unspecified reason, with many speculating the decision was made to give him time to rectify his floundering form.
But a photo of him with his right knee strapped up could suggest that an injury issue is also at play.
Djokovic has less than two weeks before the French Open starts on May 25.
