Royal fans have noted a key difference between the two royal brothers Prince William and Prince Harry, during the heir to the throne’s latest outing as he arrived at Mentivity House on the Aylesbury Estate in Southwark.
Fans of the Prince of Wales have noted how he is “unafraid, unlike like Harry,” to pose with members of the public and stop to take photos. Commenting on a circulating video of William cheerfully greeting members of the public during his engagement at Mentivity House, fans praised the royal’s behaviour.
One wrote on X: “..He is unafraid, unlike Harry. He is calm and takes selfies. What an adorable Prince. We love him so much.”
Another commented, “Sweetie! He’s such a good sport. Not afraid of us!” while another said, “Harry and Meghan would/could never do this.”
The Prince’s appearance was the latest engagement that strongly focused on the importance of empowering young people and providing them with the community tools they need to thrive. Opening its doors in March 2024, Mentivity House provides a space for creativity, connection, and growth.
Royal fans commented on William’s behaviour with the public during the engagement: “Prince William connects with every generation—but it’s the youth who light up when they see him. In him, they see hope, kindness, and a future worth believing in. He’s not just a royal—he’s a reassurance that tomorrow can be better.”
Another praised the prince: “This is so lovely – what a great sport! It means so much to those people that he stopped to pose with!”

William began his visit by sitting down with the founders, Sayce Holmes-Lewis and Leon Wright. They told him about how their upbringing on the Aylesbury Estate had inspired the organisation’s approach to supporting young people and creating opportunities.
While there, the prince also met entrepreneur Tim Campbell MBE – a former winner and current advisor on The Apprentice – who recently became a Mentivity patron.
The discussion with local business leaders was driven by the value of apprenticeships, the barriers young people may face when trying to access opportunities and how Mentivity can help them create sustainable employment routes.
William’s trip to Mentivity comes as he prepares to travel to Rome on Saturday to attend Pope Francis’ funeral and represent King Charles.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry, who joined his wife in New York for the Time100 summit this week, was criticised for acting like a “spare” by a body language expert.
In an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, body language expert Judi James commented on the pair’s arrival: “Harry appears to be in ‘spare’ mode here, scurrying round like his wife’s security as she sweeps into the venue like the total star. The way Harry rushes round the side of the car to join his wife as she is climbing out suggests he sees their arrival as something of a double act.”
