One UK airport will be getting an exciting three new routes for summer 2025. Ryanair has announced it will now fly to the destinations from Bournemouth Airport. The routes will go to Chania, Fuerteventura and Rhodes, taking the total number of destinations from Bournemouth to 21, reports Bournemouth Echo.

Not only this but flights will also added for 14 of the most popular routes, including Faro, Lanzarote and Palma de Mallorca. The new flights come as two new Bournemouth-based aircraft have been added.

Jade Kirwan, Ryanair’s head of communications, said: “Ryanair is pleased to announce our summer 2025 schedule for Bournemouth, with 21 routes including three new routes to Chania, Fuerteventura and Rhodes, as well as extra frequencies on 14 other popular routes to key holiday destinations like Faro, Lanzarote and Palma de Mallorca, giving our UK customers even more choice at the lowest fares this summer.”

Chania, Furetventura and Rhodes are popular destinations for Brits to head to as they are all within easy reach of the UK.

Located in Crete, Chania offers stunning beaches, charming Venetian architecture, and vibrant local culture.

It is an ideal destination for British travellers seeking both relaxation and adventure.

While you’re there, you can enjoy its warm climate and it’s a great destination for those looking for an authentic Greek experience.

Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands is a place often visited by Brits and it doesn’t disappoint.

It is best known for its beautiful beaches and relaxed atmosphere.

Finally, Rhodes in Greece is famous for its beautiful medieval old town, ancient ruins, and picturesque beaches, offering an enticing mix of history and relaxation.

If you do visit Rhodes, one must-see place is the village of Lindos.

One visitor on Tripadvisor said: “This village has a wide range of shops, gelato places and restaurants to spend a good day here.

“It combines a wonderful sandy beach with a historic and commercial town; there are also many opportunities for photos.”
