Hundreds of Vodafone customers reported that they could not access the internet.
More than 670 people have reported issues on Down Detector since 6.30am.
Customers have posted their frustrations to X, with one saying: “What’s going on with broadband? I have no Internet and it won’t allow me to check my service online!”
Another added: “Broadband down since early morning in Peterbrough area, any chance of some communication on the issue please?”
The outage seems to stretch to Spain, with one user in Alicante telling the operator through X that they have no internet or television, to which Vodafone replied “We cannot tell you how long it will last, we are sorry.”
