A police cordon is place in Nottingham city centre after a reported incident that has led to officers closing several roads.
Nottinghamshire Police has said parts of Hounds Gate, Maid Marian Way, Standard Hill and Lenton Road are shut due to a “police incident”.
The police cordon is located close to Nottingham Castle and the Robin Hood statue, off Maid Marian Way.
A Nottinghamshire Police spokesperson wrote on X: “Road closures are currently in place in Nottingham city centre on Hounds Gate, Maid Marian Way, Standard Hill and Lenton Road following a police incident. Thank you.”
