Whether you prefer yours piled high with dozens of toppings or kept simple with tomato and cheese, everyone has their go-to pizza order.

But while most people tend to either order pizza in or buy one to put in the oven from their local supermarket, there is another way.

A home cook has shared their simple recipe for DIY pizza dough – and it only requires two ingredients.

And better yet – it can be made in an air fryer.

Posting to TikTok, Olivia Bradley (@livthepositivefoodie) wrote: “One of the best meals to have when in a calorie deficit!! Very maco friendly and honestly amazing.”

While demonstrating how to make the recipe, she said: “This is your sign to go and make two-ingredient dough pizza in the air fryer.

“I’ve been making this recipe for months now but never tried it in the air fryer.”

“It was a game changer,” she continued. “I used 85g of self-raising flour, 95g 0% fat Greek yoghurt, mixed it together and moulded it into my desired shape and topped with tomato puree, pizza seasoning, mozzarella, pepperoni and then placed into the air fryer at 190C literally for about 10 minutes.

“It was done in no time. It was unbelievable, you’ve got to try it.”

There are all kinds of quick and easy food hacks on social media for those interested in trying to make pizza dough in the air fryer.

Another user, @liveeatlearn, previously shared some of the “keys to the perfect air fried pizza”.

Sharing a different recipe, she stressed the importance of brushing the base with oil and pricking it with a fork to avoid it puffing up during the cooking process.

She also advised prebaking the base for about three minutes before adding toppings to ensure a perfectly crisp slice.
