According to reports, Andrew had managed to secure funding from “legitimate sources” in order to maintain his lifestyle and stay in the residence.
The Sun reported that Edoardo – who is the founder and chief executive of Banda Property – is reportedly advising the Duke of York on how best to transform Royal Lodge.
News of a transformation came after pictures were released showing the dire state that the property was in – these showed paint peeling off walls and the interior in a cluttered state.
Shortly before the news of the upcoming makeover, reports shared that King Charles had stopped paying Andrew’s £3 million-a-year security bill with him strongly advising his brother to move into a more modest and affordable accommodation.
Andrew, who is known to have long refused to leave his home, will now be allowed to continue to reside in the property.
