What our Post expert thinks about Jets vs. Chiefs
Gang Green ranks 13th in weighted offensive EPA per play and 10th in offensive success rate, suggesting its record may not fully reflect its offensive performance.
The Chiefs’ running game has sputtered during their losing streak, with Kenneth Walker averaging just 2.6 yards per carry against Seattle and 3.3 against Denver, setting up a difficult matchup against a Jets defense allowing only 4.0 yards per rush.
Geno Smith ranks fifth in completion percentage over expected and has thrown just three interceptions, giving the Jets a chance to sustain drives.
