For the first time since 2021, the Raiders are a .500 team in the month of November and finally have an idea of how they will conduct business during the NFL trade deadline.

Teams will have to play one more game until November 10. deadline hits, and it appears the Raiders are happy where they’re at.

ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter appeared as a guest on “The Pat McAfee Show” on Monday morning and said the Raiders like where they’re at and won’t be moving on from any key players.

“They’re not looking to trade their players. They feel like they’re building something. They’re winning,” Schefter said. “They like this; they’re not looking to get rid of these guys.”

Before the Raiders came away with a 38-33 win against the Jets on Sunday, quarterback Kirk Cousins and superstar edge rusher Maxx Crosby were subjected as a potential trade candidates as the team was riding a four-game losing streak.

On Sunday morning, Andrew Crane of The Post reported that an anonymous source said Crosby does not want to be dealt from Las Vegas.

Schefter reported that with No.1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza taking the back seat to Cousins, the Raiders remain keen on letting the veteran continue mentoring him.

Before Week 8, the Raiders were riding a four-game losing streak that included 30-27 loss to the Chiefs in Week 4, and a 33-30 loss to the Bills in Week 6.

Head coach Klint Kubiak was starting to face the pressure of starting Mendoza in favor of Cousins — which would’ve opened the door for the four-time Pro Bowler to be traded.

But Cousins ended up slamming the door shut when he had a four-touchdown performance that put him behind Joe Burrow [20] for most passing touchdowns in the league.

Cousins had three passing touchdowns, which included him connecting with Brock Bowers twice – and also had his first rushing touchdown of the season.

“Kirk Cousins is leading the NFL in touchdown passes. You’re not going to trade that guy,” Schefter said. “He’s a great example for Fernando Mendoza. They want to keep riding him, until they fall out of playoff contention. They wanna try to make the playoffs.”

“No. Kirk Cousins, I don’t see as an option.”
