We head into Week 7 of the NFL season with a few massive totals in the league.

Packers vs. Lions has an obscene total of 53.5 total points, though that’s currently the only game in the 50’s, with a few modest totals in there as well.

The Browns vs. Titans game has an over/under projection of 37.5, the lowest in the league this week, while Jets-Dolphins comes in at 39.5.

We run through Week 7’s player prop bets and picks with a few intriguing options, including targeting a Giants offensive weapon Sunday.

RECORD: 7-9 (-2.1 units) | Long shots: 1-13 (-9.85 units)

NFL Week 7 player props picks, predictions and best bets

Zay Flowers Over 67.5 receiving yards (-128, Chalkboard) | Alternative Overs up to 120+ when the lines drop (+800 or better)

Lines are very slow to release here, as it’s unclear if Lamar Jackson will play this week for the Ravens as he’s listed questionable after a week of limited practices.

If he does, Zay Flowers is going to the moon.

Flowers appears to be the second coming of Jaxon Smith-Njigba right now, with some of the best efficiency in the NFL.

He’s fourth in the league in yards after catch (second most among receivers) with 6.56 per reception.

Flowers also is third in the league in yards per route run, with 3.34 behind only JSN and injured 49ers wideout Mike Evans.

Ask and you shall receive.

Bereft of playmakers this week, we expect the Rams to run out of the 13 personnel at a high rate as Davante Adams is out this week and Puka Nacua is looking to be on the wrong side of questionable.

Williams was very vocal about his lack on involvement in the offense last week, demanding more touches to help the team win.

This week, they have no choice if Nacua is indeed inactive.

Nacua missed Week 7 of the 2025 season and ran 13 personnel on 38.7 percent of plays, the highest rate of any team since at least 2016 at the time.

Betting on the NFL?

The Raiders run defense is not, either.

They are rated No. 27 in DVOA and are allowing at least 4.1 yards per carry in five straight games.

Las Vegas is terrible against zone scheme run defenses.

In the last three games, Williams is averaging 4.8 YPC on zone running schemes.

He’s going to pop this weekend.

Fanatics has bad lines on these props for the Giants’ gadget player out of the backfield.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. was the Giants’ best running back last week, while Cam Skattebo was benched due to fumbling issues.

Tracy Jr. did a good job breaking tackles and catching passes out of the backfield.

It sounds like Skattebo is out of the doghouse, but this is the spot to target the guy who looked the best last week.

He should have chances on the ground and through the air after a strong two-touchdown showing.

Tracy Jr. is Over 25 receiving yards in each of his last two games on just three targets in each game.

Houston’s run defense is solid, but Bhayshul Tuten scored two receiving touchdowns last week in London.

I think Tracy Jr. has a strong game Sunday as the Texans are allowing the 11th-most receptions to opposing running backs.
