A young mom allegedly stabbed her husband and their 3-year-old son to death before trying to kill herself Monday during a family getaway in the Poconos, where she ranted about working “so hard” to be the best mother and wife, cops said.

Metallica Rose Harrison, 27, is accused of stabbing her husband, Charles Harrison, and their toddler — identified only by the initials T.H. — before slashing her wrists and neck inside a hotel room at Great Wolf Lodge, WNEP reported.

She then called 911 to ask for advice on how to find the right vein to puncture, stating she needed help dying, according to police.

“My husband and son are already gone in the bed in the living room,” she reportedly told emergency services. “They’re already gone, I’m sorry.”

Cops said they found the bodies of Charles Harrison and his 3-year-old son in room 2030 inside Great Wolf Lodge after Metallica Rose Harrison, 27, allegedly slayed the two.

The twisted mother had stabbed both victims in the chest and attempted to puncture her own neck, police alleged in an affidavit.

“This was a violent domestic tragedy in which two people, a boy and his father, lost their lives,” Monroe County District Attorney said, adding that there is no current risk to the public.

Harrison, of Towanda, refused to talk to cops during her arrest, saying she was “suicidal, not stupid,” but went on a bizarre and disturbing rant to EMS as they took her away in an ambulance, according to the affidavit.

“Every day, I work so hard to be the best person, the best mother, the best wife,” Harrison said to medics, according to the document.

“It wasn’t supposed to end like this. I was supposed to have my happy family. That’s what I envisioned since I was a child,” she continued as first responders took her away.

The mad mom also reportedly asked medics for advice on how deep her vein was so she could know for “next time.”

Officers recovered two knives with teal handles – which Great Wolf Lodge said weren’t from the resort – from the scene, as well as containers with what appeared to be blood inside and bottles of medication.

Over 80 to 90 pieces of evidence were recovered from Room 2030 inside the Pennsylvania water park resort, police said.

Harrison was charged with two counts of criminal homicide. She is currently hospitalized and has not been arraigned as of Tuesday night.

The family of three had been staying at the resort for several weeks. They checked in on Sept. 21 and on Oct. 5, extended their stay even longer, authorities said.

Great Wolf Lodge spokesperson Jason Lasecki said the company was “deeply saddened and heartbroken” by the domestic incident.

“It was an isolated family incident, and we’re cooperating fully with local law enforcement as they conduct their investigation,” he said.
