A sick S&M-obsessed lawyer tortured a woman for seven hours in his Midtown apartment while carrying out a laundry list of sexual perversions, prosecutors said Tuesday, revealing his confirmed victim count reached seven women.

Ryan Hemphill, 44 — who is currently locked up on Rikers Island on a 116-count indictment for allegedly sexually assaulting half a dozen women with cattle prods, shock collars and waterboarding between October 2024 and March 2025 — was hit with new charges in Manhattan Supreme Court after another woman bravely came forward to report the abuse, according to prosecutors.

Pervy lawyer Ryan Hemphill was hit with new sexual abuse charges after a seventh woman came forward.

His latest victim arrived at his Midtown apartment in the spring of 2024 expecting money in exchange for sex after meeting him on the SugarDaddy dating app, but Hemphill “was planning something else entirely,” Assistant District Attorney Mirah Curzer said, while describing the sickening rape and abuse.

“He threatened her with a knife to keep her from resisting, tied her to his bed…burned her with a hot object. He forced her to wear an electric shock collar on her neck.

“He also forced her into the bathtub where he repeatedly held her head in the water, pulling her up right before she lost consciousness, and then went to submerge her again and again.”

The stomach-turning, hours-long ordeal ended after he allegedly forced her to say on video she wanted to be raped, as he did with several of his victims, prosecutors alleged.

“The video itself shows how false that is,” Curzer added. “The victim is clearly terrified and [he is] actively abusing her while she speaks.”

Hemphill, the son of a prominent neurologist, allegedly used the tapes to intimidate the victims and even “kept them as trophies,” according to prosecutors.

He also allegedly threatened his victims through unhinged text messages, and claimed he had mob and cop connections. The prostitutes were then allegedly paid with phony cash or stiffed out of money.

The bespectacled perv, who wore rosary beads around his neck on Tuesday, convinced the latest woman “it would be pointless to come forward” and claimed he had government connections “that made him powerful and untouchable,” Curzer told the courtroom.

The woman reported the horrific abuse after she noticed news coverage of the first indictment.

Hemphill was arrested in March 2025 after investigators allegedly found dozens of videos of women, surveillance cameras, a slew of drugs, and high-capacity ammunition.

The perv seemed unfazed by the new charges, chipperly telling a Post photographer in court, “nice to see you again.”

He pleaded not guilty to the fresh 41-count indictment on rape, predatory sexual assault and other charges.

The degenerate is no stranger to headlines after he was found not guilty of choking and assaulting his then girlfriend during a 2013 knifepoint romp.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg called his alleged conduct “absolutely horrific.”

“I am grateful for this survivor’s bravery in coming forward, despite the defendant’s alleged attempts to convince her that a coerced videoed statement would make him impossible to prosecute.”
