A young mom blew a gasket inside an Indianapolis children’s store, pulling a gun on workers simply because they said her toddler could not play inside, according to a report.

The out-of-control confrontation happened at Once Upon a Child in July as Tamya Staten, 21, was trying to sell her tot’s clothes, FOX 59 reported.

Staten’s child was riding around in a small toy car, prompting a worker to inform her that playing inside violated store policy.

The raging mom was charged on Tuesday. Marion County

The simple reminder set off the furious mother, who allegedly whipped out a “large black handgun” from her leggings, according to court documents.

“We can fight about it. We can get down,” Staten allegedly said.

Staten allegedly pointed the pistol at employees and told her tot to keep playing.

“I can use this [gun],” she added, reportedly poking a store employee in the face with her finger.

She then corraled her child and fled the shop.

Store surveillance cameras captured the entire ordeal, including her driving away, allowing police to track her down using her license plate number and the ID card she showed to staff.

Staten was charged Tuesday in Marion County court with felony charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon and pointing a firearm at another person.

If convicted on both counts, she faces up to eight and a half years behind bars.
