An Indiana teacher accused of forcing teenagers to have an orgy while wearing “Scream” masks is officially divorced, according to a report Thursday.

Brittany Fortinberry — who was hit with nearly 50 charges in the disturbing underage group sex case — and her husband, Nicholas Fortinberry, finalized their divorce Monday, according to TMZ.

The split comes more than a year after Nicholas Fortinberry first filed court papers to end the marriage.

The disgraced teacher will be awarded her clothes, shoes, and makeup while her ex will get a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica and a Toyota 4Runner, according to the settlement papers cited by the outlet.

Nicholas Fortinberry will also have sole legal custody of their child while she awaits trial. Charges filed against Brittany Fortinberry last year include sexual misconduct with a minor, dissemination of material harmful to minors and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to court documents obtained by WTHR.
