Chilling CCTV footage has emerged showing a teen killer stalking Holly Newton before her horrific murder.
Logan MacPhail, then aged 16, has been jailed for life with a minimum term of 17 years after being found guilty of stabbing his 15-year-old ex-girlfriend to death in the street.
He was convicted of murder following a trial at Newcastle Crown Court, and was sentenced at the same court on Friday.
The teenager stalked Holly for an hour through Hexham, Northumberland, before stabbing her 36 times in an alleyway during a horrifying attack.
The CCTV footage shows him wearing a snood and a baseball cap as he followed the youngster and her friends around the town centre.
