A dim-witted anti-ICE protester accidentally set himself ablaze while torching an American flag outside a Portland immigration facility during a weekend demonstration, according to wild footage.
The chaotic clip, which quickly ignited social media, showed the flag-burning agitator suddenly engulfed in flames in the middle of the street as he frantically tried to put himself out while shocked onlookers screamed and howled during a Saturday protest outside the ICE facility.
“What an idiot,” one bystander yelled as the bozo scrambled to stomp out the lingering blaze.
“What a f–king idiot.”
The vandal – clad in dark pants and a hoodie – eventually managed to put out the flames before staggering in circles, the clip showed.
The video showed the man strolling away, attempting to look calm and collected, as people shouted, “Put him out.”
“People light themselves on fire cause they’re f—king stupid,” another onlooker roasted.
It’s unclear if the protester was injured in his self-inflicted buffoonery.
The Portland Police Department told The Post they are aware of the viral video but had no additional information about the incident.
“I’m aware of the video, just as you are,” a department spokesperson said in a statement.
“Unfortunately, that general area has numerous calls for service each and every night, and it’s beyond the capacity of our office to dig into each and every one of the calls.”
The Department of Homeland Security did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
Social media critics blasted the protester, dubbing his fiery mishap “instant karma.”
“We were all taught to not play with fire,” one X user mocked, adding, “This, kids, is the reason why.”
Others taunted him as the left-wing’s “best and brightest.”
“The flags are fighting back!” one digital naysayer joked.
Portland has become a hotspot for violent protests amid President Trump’s immigration crackdown.
Demonstrations at the ICE facility have dragged on for months, with federal officials accusing protesters of threatening agents.
