Royal editor Ingrid Seward has slammed Sarah Ferguson’s leaked 2011 email to Jeffrey Epstein as “the nail in the coffin for Fergie’s charity empire” in a blisteringtakedown.

The Duchess of York’s grovelling note, calling the convicted sex offender her “supreme friend,” has crossed “a line you can’t uncross,” Ms Seward told Sky News.

The fallout has seen six UK charities, including Teenage Cancer Trust, dump her as patron, a move Ms Seward called inevitable for a children’s advocate tied to Epstein. She warned the scandal delivers “irreversible” damage to the Duchess’s carefully crafted post-divorce redemption.

Ms Seward also tied the debacle to Prince Andrew’s Epstein links, hinting it could bar his ex-wife from royal events like Sandringham’s Christmas walk. Ms Seward declared: “This is the end of her charitable career.”
