This Morning presenter Alison Hammond has shared the secrets behind her stunning weight transformation, revealing how she achieved remarkable results without following restrictive diets. Alison looked absolutely sensational as she posted a series of pictures on her social media platforms.
Showing off her glamorous transformation on Instagram, Alison has admitted her fresh appearance wasn’t down to any trendy eating regime. She previously detailed how she started a healthier journey following a worrying pre-diabetic medical assessment. The star decided to collaborate with a fitness expert after receiving the diagnosis and revealed she started consuming all foods “in moderation,” reports the Mirror.
Alison had earlier disclosed she tipped the scales at 28-stone during her peak weight. However, her incredible makeover materialised when she enlisted professional training support.
In conversation with Heat magazine, the broadcaster explained: “I’ve got a personal trainer – she’s amazing, she trains me when I can train. If I’m working, I don’t train, I’ll go for a walk. But when I’m at home, I’ll go and have a session with her in the morning, just an hour. It might be four days a week.”
She also mentioned her decision to concentrate on “moderation” regarding nutrition, rather than eliminating foods completely. “I don’t deny myself anything, I eat everything, but in moderation,” she continued.
