CESAR AZPILICUETA showed once again why he is loved by the Chelsea faithful after agreeing to give a young injured fan a signed shirt.
The Blues defender captained his side on Monday night, as Antonio Conte’s men ran out 3-0 winners against West Brom.

And the Spanish international made sure one lucky supporter has a souvenir to savour after taking to Twitter to promise him a jersey.
Ahead of the match against the Baggies, seven-year-old Reggie held up a sign which said: “Azpilicueta (Dave).
“I broke my thumb yesterday playing football. I can’t play for 4 weeks.
“Could you cheer me up by giving me your shirt? PS. Can any of you sign my cast? Thank you.”

And the message got round to the two-time Premier League champion, who issued a heartfelt message on social media.
The 28-year-old said: “Hi Reggie, tell your family to contact me right here and I’ll be happy to send you a signed shirt. Take Care!”

His promise managed to get back to Reggie, with his mum replying back to Azpilicueta showing the youngster’s delight.
Chelsea moved back into the top four after romping to victory, with Conte expressing his gratitude to the Blues fans for the support they showed him.
